  I want to give a big THANK YOU to Cool Atmosphere and the help that Darrell, Christy, & Nick gave us. Our AC stopped working today and we have 2 small babies. They were out within 20 min and got us all taken care of. They are outstanding people I will recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC help!

  Please stay away from this company. At most, they might have one or two technicians, who know what they are doing. Others are just driving the company van around taking money from people for doing nothing.
  
  My builder used BigTex a.k.a. Cool atmosphere to install the HVAC unit in my house and I had to call them to get the issues fixed under warranty. For last 2 years, I have been complaining that my master bedroom is warmer than the rest of the house. BigTex's technicians would have been to my house at least 15-20 times and their technicians were not able to figure out what the issue is. They blamed it on insufficient vents on the roof. I got my builder to add a vent to my bedroom roof and there has been no change till date.
  
  Last week, I had to call BigTex as the house wasn't getting heated enough. Heat stops running before reaching the temperature (I have set it to 69F) set in the thermostat. The entire first floor was very cold at 59F and we had to wear layers inside the house to stay warm. The first guy came and said he found few leaks in the duct in the attic, which he sealed. He said this will fix the issue and collected money for his visit. That did not fix the issue. I had to call them again the next day and the technician they sent had no idea on how to troubleshoot. He said everything is working fine and the heat is not able to reach the set temperature as this is one of the coldest winters in Texas (lmao).
